Enrolment Process
We’d love to welcome you to view any one of our centres and experience what Shine has to offer you and your family. Ensuring that Shine is the best fit for your child and family is the most important step in the enrolment journey.

Joining our Waitlist
Please register with My Family Lounge and complete an online booking request. Once we have received your booking request, we will contact you to discuss your family’s requirements.
Securing your child’s position
Once we have determined your requirements for your child and a position becomes available, we will email you an official enrolment offer.
To confirm your child’s position, enrolment fees and the enrolment form are completed at this time.
Counting down to the first day
Orientation helps you and your child experience and become familiar with our environment and our educators. Your child can begin to develop a relationship with their educators and meet other children at the service with the security that you are close by.
You will receive a Welcome Pack on orientation that includes a bunch of goodies for your child and an Information Booklet for the big people.
Child Care Subsidy
We use your Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN) and that of your child to formally enrol your child at Shine. Confirming this enrolment through your MyGov account allows Shine to access your CCS subsidies.
For families who are new to Childcare, it’s a great idea to apply for the Child Care Subsidy well before enrolling your child.
